Lauren Stapleton
Regional Chair
Lauren was appointed Regional Chair of the Illinois Region in June 2020.
​
She graduated Marist High School in Chicago, IL in 2019. She currently works full time at Pawsitively Heaven Pet Resort.
​
Her favorite Marist event was the Marist Youth Gathering at Marist College!
​
Her fun fact is that she has a cottage in Sister Lakes, Michigan!
Luke Schuler
Vice Regional Chair
Luke was appointed Vice Regional Chair of the Illinois Region in June 2021.
​
He graduated Marist High School in Chicago, IL in 2021. He currently studying Finance at Bowling Green State University.
​
His favorite Marist event was the 2019 LaValla Weekend!
​
A fun fact about Luke is that he never saw himself becoming this involved in high school until he was pushed out of my comfort zone, and he doesn't regret it at all!

I want to get the Chicago region together whether it’s getting ice cream or going bowling. It’s important they all know we still have each other. Also, it would be a great opportunity to see everyone again.

My goals for our region are to really stress the community aspect of Marist Youth to current Marist students and even other young community members that are interested in making Jesus known and loved! The Marist family stretches from coast-to-coast and I don't think many people know just how big and open the arms to this family are.
